Members of the Denmark Running Club are welcome to join in any of our organised training sessions. These sessions are a great opportunity to run with likeminded people, work on your fitness and improve your speed.
Early-bird Tuesdays – 6:00am
Join the hardcore runners on Thursday mornings. Meet at the Visitors Centre for the ‘Inlet loop’ of about 8km (5km option too!)
Track Tuesdays – 5:00pm adults (Kids with adults)
Looking to boost your speed? Join us at McLean Park for Track Tuesdays from 5pm. These challenging sessions will have you running intervals like a pro, working on your speed and fitness at the same time. We will also hit the surrounding streets for a little variety. All ages and abilities welcome.
